前 言
本文件按照 GB/T 1.1-2020《标准化工作导则 第 1 部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是 GB/T 27995《半成品镜片毛坯》的第 2 部分。GB/T 27995 已经发布了以下部分:
--第 1 部分:单焦和多焦;
--第 2 部分:渐变焦。
本文件代替 GB 27995.2-2011《半成品眼镜片毛坯 第 2 部分:渐变焦镜片毛坯规范》,与
GB 27995.2-2011 相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a) 增加了规范性引用的 GB/T 10050(见 5.1.1);
b) 删除了 30 mm 的鉴别区域(见 2011 年版的 5.4.1)。
本文件修改采用 ISO 10322⁃2:2016《眼科光学 半成品眼镜片毛坯 第 2 部分:渐进焦和渐退焦
眼镜片毛坯规范》。
本文件与 ISO 10322⁃2:2016 相比,在结构上有部分调整,两个文件之间的结构编号变化对照一览
表见附录 A。
本文件与 ISO 10322⁃2:2016 的技术差异及其原因如下:
--用规范性引用的 GB/T 26397 替换了 ISO 13666,并增加了规范性引用的 GB 45184(见第
3 章),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可操作性;
--用规范性引用的 GB/T 10050 替换了 ISO 7944(见 5.1.1),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可操
作性;
--用规范性引用的 GB/T 17341 替换了 ISO 8598(见附录 C),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可
操作性;
--删除了基本要求(见 ISO 10322⁃2:2016 的 5.1),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可操作性;
--增加了几何尺寸试验方法(见 6.3),以适应我国的技术条件、增加可操作性;
--更改了标记内容(见第 7 章,ISO 10322⁃2:2016 的 7.1.1 和 7.1.2),以适应我国的技术条件;
--更改了标志内容(见第 8 章,ISO 10322⁃2:2016 的 7.2 和 7.3),以适应我国的技术条件;
--删除了本部分的参考说明(见 ISO 10322⁃2:2016 的第 8 章),以适应我国的技术条件;
--将资料性附录“用焦度计测量附加面焦度”更改为规范性附录(见附录 C,ISO 10322⁃2:2016
的附录 B),以适应我国的技术条件。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
--为与我国现有标准协调,标准名称修改为《半成品镜片毛坯 第 2 部分:渐变焦》;
--在表 1 中增加了注 2。

引 言
半成品镜片毛坯是处方定制镜片的重要元件,不仅能快速实现顾客个性化需求,还能有效提升镜
片加工时效,优化镜片库存,降低因镜片长期存放引起的老化风险。
GB/T 27995 《半成品镜片毛坯》作为与强制性国家标准配套的推荐性国家标准,由 2 个部分构成。
--第 1 部分:单焦和多焦。目的在于确立单焦和多焦半成品镜片毛坯表面的光学和几何特性的
要求及相关的试验方法,提升加工水平。
--第 2 部分:渐变焦。目的在于确立渐变焦半成品镜片毛坯表面的光学和几何特性的要求及相
关的试验方法,提升加工水平。
